This is the final sealer and then a last catz surfacer that will be the FINAL BLOCKING before PAINT! We have been having trouble finding a TIRE SHOP that knows how to change out the TIRES?! BIG O was going to do it, but their crew of kids were afraid to touch them after I dropped them off. So, we need to advice as to who can change out "wooden-spoke-wheeled TIRES that are 4.50/5.00/20".
