We've done Game Hens and Bison many times, but decided to take them to a whole new level with Nature's Choice Cedar Planks. (http://www.GrillingPlanks.Biz) And, a whole new level was achieved! Even the bison patties, which weren't sitting atop the plank, did pick up enough of that sweet cedar smoke to make 'em extraordinary! Do give this a try! I guarantee, you'll love it!
