They always need just a little more data and then they could move forward...but unfortunately they never do. This is a byproduct of their fears. People who over analyze, over prepare, and over think typically do this because they are scared of public failure or public success. Needing to know everything...or having everything perfect is NEVER going to happen so stop thinking like this and become the 3rd type of person. The third type of person is a person that takes MASSIVE action. Ready, fire, aim mentality. They understand that action is the currency of business and that everything will work itself out as long as you keep moving forward and pushing yourself to be the best version of yourself you can be each day.
