During the Korean War, some battle-weary Canadian soldiers brought a little taste home to the frozen Imjin River - they played hockey. The Imjin Hockey Classic is an annual re-enactment of that event to honour our Korean War veterans and Canada’s long and continuing friendship with Korea. Here are the highlights from this year’s Imjin Classic hockey game co-hosted with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa.
