This program helps bankruptcy courts manage their relationships with the media, the bar, and the community. A segment on Media Relations includes recommendations for familiarizing the media with bankruptcy operations, information sources, and appropriate procedures for covering mega-cases. A Community Outreach and Education segment describes court-initiated efforts to educate the public about the bankruptcy court.
