Future (the rapper) born Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn (November 1983) is an American hip hop artist from Atlanta, Georgia. In the years 2010 and 2011, Future released a series of mixtapes which earned him the attention of Epic Records, a major music industry label. The success of his mixtapes and the partnership with Epic Records also landed Future a deal with Rocko's A1 Recordings which in turn helped Future launch his own label under the name Freebandz. His debut album titled Pluto released on April of 2012 and went on to receive many positive reviews. Future released 5 singles from the Pluto album, all of which made the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He followed that album with with a repackaged version titled Pluto 3D. By 2014, Future had released his official 2nd album, Honest. Then in 2015, Future released his first number 1 album titled, DS2. Future has collaborated with various top music industry artists including Drake, Rick Ross, Gucci Mane, Ace Hood, Metro Boomin, Sonny Digital, Young Scooter, Mike Will Made It, and many more.
