We received our first box of fresh food from the Blue Apron "cook your own meal at home" ingredient delivery service.

The meals are Spicy Korean Rice Cakes, Mushroom & Spinach Stromboli and Sweet Potato & Green Chile Quesadillas.

So far we've made the stromboli and the korean rice cakes. They were both very tasty meals that were easy to prepare. 

At an average price of about $60 per box ($20 per meal, $10 per serving), it isn't something we are going to do forever. But we had a promo / discount / offer code to get our first box for about $30.
