Born in Italy, Antonella Broglia has traveled and worked in 5 continents. She spent 30 years in the advertising and marketing industry and was the CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi in Spain. Today she is a consultant in innovation and new technologies as well as ambassador of the American Foundation of Social Entrepreneurs, Ashoka; organizer of TEDxMadrid (www.tedxmadrid.com) and TEDx Senior Ambassador for Europe. Antonella also enjoys performing Shakespeare at the Theatre for People in Madrid. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
