Kiva Borrower Abdurashid Samadov owns a 'Nonvoihona' [bakery] in Tajikistan.   He makes 'Non', the traditional Tajik Bread.   Bread holds a special place in Tajik culture - even the crumbs must never fall on the ground.  Instead, they're swept up and put on ledges to feed the birds.
