Jumpy iPad Screen iOS 11

Since upgrading to iOS 11, my iPad screen does this weird jumpy thing. Does anyone else have this going on? This never happened pre-iOS 11 so I do not believe that it's a hardware issue. UPDATE: rebooting my iPad seems to have fixed the issue. If you experience this, please give that a try and let me know if that works for you too.
