This one goes out to long-supporter Colbydude, as the last Patreon "Request Mountain" request for a long time! For the Theme of games from the 90s, I think Chemical Plant Zone has the right balance of upbeat elaborate Genesis music as well as just a really remarkable sense of rhythm! From the start, I knew I wanted to cover this song in the style of "Mother's Milk" by Red Hot Chili Peppers where the music is really raw! As a result, I refused to put a ton of samples in the song or do too much modern mixing approaches.

I hope you enjoy this improvised arrangement and get up and dance! A lot of my inspiration is coming from the amazing MAGFest 2018 I witnessed, where Insaneintherainmusic, Super Soul Bros, and tons of jamming friends were playing so much upbeat solo-friendly songs. I couldn't help it! Stay tuned for original music, Musicals, and Materia Collective/GameLark related tracks.
