Pros: Made my hair feel great, no chemically smell. Cons: $14.99 Pricey - They spared no expense in packaging Made it a little hard to handle using the harder plastic bottles during process. Would I use it again? Yes I would use again, as a matter of fact I purchased the jet black and will be using it today! It did what it said it would do. I should have bought the jet black in the first place!
