There are 5 lifts at this hotel - 3 in the main building (of which 2 are non-scenic, and 1 is a scenic lift), and 2 in the other part of the hotel. There are no separate staff lifts at this hotel. This group of two lifts is located in the main building. One of them looks like a mixed-use elevator, because it is considerably bigger than the other one. Location: Radisson BLU Hotel Royal, Vaasa, Ostrobothnia, Finland Brand: KONE Modernized by: OTIS Type: Traction Year installed/modernized: 1983 (completed in early 1984) / 2005 Floors served: 11 (K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) Note: You need a keycard to ride the lifts. Floor 2 is locked. The lifts had classic KONE pre-M series fixtures (lamp floor indicators, directional arrows, white buttons and acoustic bell chimes) before the modernization. I don't really like the modernization done by OTIS - it was way better before.
