While on my last 15 minutes at work, Kevin called me up and told me about a CSX W049 leaving off the siding at Grovetown headed South to Augusta. Well I was sitting there thinking "O Crap, he's gonna pass me before I get off work!" BTW Grovetown is at the Milepost YYG 15.7 and where I work is at about the YYG 8.2ish. Well I finally get off of work at 10pm on the dot and while walking to my car I hear CSXT 8826 blowing for the crossing near my work so I hopped in my car and dashed to the next crossing to meet this W049 to see what it was (expecting a normal Rock Train), but NO! It was CSXT 8826 with TWO Jordan Spreaders in tow! So I dashed home doing 80 in a 55 to grab my camera and tripod to try and beat him to 6th & Taylor Streets in Downtown Augusta. Well I made it just in time to hear him blowing for the crossings a few blocks from where I was. So here it is...Two clips of W049 arriving into Augusta with it's "Special Loads"!
