Leina, Judau's sister, was kidnapped so we go after Haman and Scirocco to rescue her. I hate that Scirocco is an enemy to the ZZ crew now after how tight they were by the end of DWG1's Original Mode. Just threw all that character development out the window... Anyways, once they're defeated we fight Seabook and Cecily as a third force. There's a cutscene for fighting Seabook.
