Quirky Bacon by Celebrity Chef Sharwin Tee Wilson Street Greenhills Little Baguio San Juan.  Quirky Bacon is the first restaurant venture of Chef Sharwin Tee of Lifestlye Networks "Curiosity Got the Chef" fame.  Located at the Little Baguio end of Wilson Street is a 20 seater restaurant that puts Bacon and local Kitayama Wagyu on a pedestal.  Highly recommended is their Lechon Style Wagyu Beef with Drop Dead Fried Rice and the Pork Panalo Roll.  Wagu does not melt in your mouth but is quite tender for local standards.
