Wow your significant other with this amazing simple Valentine's cocktail - with beer of course. Max uses the beautiful Boon Framboise to add some sour fruitiness to some amazing rum, sauternes, cinnamon and Campari.

Recipe:
50ml sour kriek or framboise beer
50ml sauternes or sweet wine
25ml quality aged rum
10ml sugar syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)
A few drops of cassia 
10ml Campari

Ice, knock out the carbonation, serve straight!
