This is the crossover inrtoduction of Admiral James Sandecker and Dr. Gene Seagram for the begining of Raise The Titanic. Storyline: Dr. Gene Seagram is leading the top-secret Pentagon program Meta Section, which secretly attempts to leapfrog current technology by 20 to 30 years. Admiral James Sandecker (Director of the National Underwater and Marine Agency) tags along to help Seagram. He tells The Disney characters want to know what project they're working on. Sandecker calls it the "Sicilian Project". One result: the Sicilian Project, which uses sound waves to stop incoming ballistic missiles. The Disney characters are intrested. The immense power needs of the Sicilian Project can be met only by an extremely rare mineral called "Byzanium". Sandecker memtiones that he has one of his members of NUMA to rescue a man of Seagram's who is lost on an Island.
