Nick and Sarah Thomas, from Southampton (inset), were worried about their daughter snacking on chocolate everyday so decided to replace the sweet treats with healthy supplements. As a result, five-year-old India and her brother Jesse, two, now think that it is normal to receive 'vitamin sweets' in their Christmas calendar (right)- and do not yet realise that other children receive chocolate.
