Toki Japanese Fusion and Fine Dining 32nd and 5th Avenue Bonifacio Global City.  Toki is a muti-awarded Japanese fine dining restaurant in Bonifacio Global City that is one of our favorites and considered by critics as one of the best in the Philippines.  
TOKI redefines A-1 Japanese cuisine and contemporary dining with its extensive menus featuring Japanese Grade A5 Wagyu Beef. The Japanese word “TOKI” means “this moment”, connoting a zest for life, an appreciation of the now. This philosophy is what TOKI is all about.
TOKI Japanese Fusion and Fine Dining restaurant brings the most authentic Japanese cuisine to the impeccable palates of its patrons. Using only the best, freshest and healthiest ingredients sourced in the Philippines and Japan, TOKI showcases unique Japanese flavors that cater to the modern taste.
Also, TOKI’s interiors are constructed based on classic Japanese architectural designs. Professional Japanese architects, carpenters and painters were flown in from Japan to provide authentic modern Japanese air and ambiance to the whole restaurant.
TOKI, currently one of Manila’s finest Japanese dining hubs started in December 2008. At the helm of TOKI’s culinary expression was Executive Chef Shinsuke Yonekawa. He was the 2007 champion of the Master Chef of Japan Competition. He has also been a chef in one of the famous Hollywood cruise ships and served as a chef of Hyatt Hotel in Osaka, Japan for seven years before joining TOKI.  Toki is now under the leadership of his protégé Chef Takuyaki Takahashi.

From their menu we highly recommend their 10 Course Kaiseki Set, A5 Wagyu Teppanyaki, A5 Wagyu Shabu Shabu, Wagyu Curry, as well as their Sashimi and Tempura.
