After BJP's sweeping win in Tripura, celebrating supporters and followers of the party mowed down a statue of Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, aka Lenin. A JCB was also present at the site, which lost control and hit the statue, after which the mob mowed down the statue and played football with its decapitated head. BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav also retweeted the demolition picture, calling for change. He later deleted the tweet.
