Fantastica e molto difficile da realizzare questa scena tratta dal film The Protector del 2005,realizzata con un unica inquadratura senza stacchi,pensate che se veniva sbagliata una delle singole scene di combattimento,era da rigirare tutta da capo ! 
Il piano-sequenza è una tecnica di ripresa che consiste nel girare un'intera sequenza in un'unica inquadratura, senza stacchi e interruzioni.
La durata dell'inquadratura è la durata della sequenza.
Questa tecnica rompe le regole del dècoupage classico, che si serve del montaggio per strutturare una sequenza.
