This was the first band interview Daryle Lamont Jenkins ever did, and it was for the program Channel X. The interview never aired because it eventually became dated, and a second interview never aired because it too was dated. Headstrong was a hardcore punk band out of New Brunswick, NJ in the early nineties, whose members went on to play with groups like Vision and Inspecter 7. Like their friends the Bouncing Souls, they were known for putting on some of the best basement shows in town featuring bands like Sick of it All - none of them corporate-sponsored.
