Dorothy Martin was named the queen of glitter for 2009, by the Red Hat Mamas of Franklin County Saturday, Jan. 3, at the Hawthorne Inn in Union. The 87-year-old woman wears two crowns, one for her title and another that she received two years ago on her 85th birthday. Martin resides in Union.
