'He just wanted to get home': last hours of Brit who died in Turkey

Relatives said they were devastated after father-of-one Andrew Westlake (left and top right), 30, died following a 50ft fall at a Turkish airport (bottom right). Mr Westlake had been on his first family holiday with his partner and one-year-old daughter but had been 'removed from the flight' back to Stansted leaving them on board the plane. Witnesses said he 'jumped off a ledge' and told people rushing to his aid he 'wanted it to end'. His aunt said his mother June, 54, was 'barely able to speak' and said Mr Westlake was a 'doting father' who idolised his daughter. According to reports in Turkey police are investigating his death as a 'suicide'.
