How can I prove to my ex that I’ve changed is something that I hear every single day during the course of my one on one coaching sessions! 

I fully understand the importance and implications that this can have on your ability to get back with the man or woman you love. It’s quite simple, if you were broken up with or even if you broke up with your ex, he or she wasn’t happy. 

In order to make things right and inspire them to give it another shot, something needs to change, and most of the time that something needs to be YOU! 

So if you are able to figure out how to alleviate their doubts and no longer stay stuck on wondering how can I prove to my ex that I’ve changed, you pretty much know that you’ll be on your way towards being fulfilled in love with the man or the woman you love.

The problem is your ex simply won’t want to believe that you have changed or give you the benefit of the doubt; they’ve been burned and it is going to take some time to be able to make them comfortable with the new you.

The key for you will be to forget trying to tell them that you have evolved; and simply show them through your actions. The more you try to tell them to believe you or convince them through words and the more likely you will end up talking to a wall. 

But if you are able to showcase your change through the direct or indirect interaction that you’ll have…then they will end up being the one’s coming back to you to try to figure out a way to make things work!
