valve seat removal, welding, machine and install new unleaded valve seat.
spark plug hole repair. change to 3/4" length.
spark plug and valve seat crack repair.
weld head gasket surface and machine.
complete welding of exhaust spigot and machine back to standard size of 2.050".
cooling fin welding repair and machine back to correct size for full heat transfer. this allows the stock cooling of the head.
weld and machine intake manifold o-ring nipples.
milled performance port job.
full performance multiple angle valve job.
install oversize intake valves.
machine rockerarm blocks to fit rockerarms correctly.
weld rockerarms to correct valve geometry.
set-up valve springs and guides for high lift hotrod cam camshaft.
fully assemble heads, rockerarms and pan covers.
