This is a test flight using a "Nocturn" High Intensity LED light (4.7v 3400mah LiPo) for night flying. It's made for mountain biking so it's real heavy (built tough) and the LiPo is big for hours of run time.

I'm going to check out using much lighter Hi Intensity LED lights with 15-min battery's to get the weight down dramatically. That will help flight dynamics a ton.

My RMRC (ReadyMadeRC) CMOS FPV camera did great with the low light and I could see very well (until high altitude and then the LED light made no difference). The GoPro2 didn't do very well, so I think I'll have to record from my CMOS FPV RMRC camera next time.
