Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Jonathan Macey, a law professor at Yale University, talks with Bloomberg's Deirdre Bolton about Bank of America Corp.'s agreement to give regulators documents about legal advice it received over the acquisition of Merrill Lynch & Co.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo are probing the Merrill acquisition and bonuses. Cuomo said last month that Bank of America was hindering his investigation by withholding documents based on the attorney-client privilege. (Source: Bloomberg)
