The Calendar says Spring, but Mother Nature thinks it's still Winter in Southern New Brunswick....

Canadian National Railway locomotives 2246 (ES44DC Gevo), 2916 (ES44AC Gevo), 3092 (Tier 4 ET44AC), and mid-train remote DPU (only 44 cars back) 2241 (ES44DC Gevo) power a long CN intermodal stacktrain Q120 (Toronto, ON BIT to Halifax, NS Rockingham Yard) eastbound heading out of Moncton, NB at first light following a Nor-Easter snowstorm hauling 155 cars of intermodal containers and one empty gondola.

The Moncton area received about 30cm of snow from probably the biggest blizzard of the winter season a few days into spring.

It's still a work in progress with my new camera, however it seems to work decent in low light as there was not a whole lot of daylight to work with when this train pass through.

Filmed at 7:06am, Friday March 23, 2018 at mile 123.47 of the CN Springhill Subdivision.
