After we NS 223 passed the base. My dad and I went to Walmart. After Walmart we went to the backroads to see what colors were the signals. 21.6 was clear and 21.5 was yellow so an EB was coming or a WB already passed the signal 19.1. So five seconds later the signal changed from yellow to red so an EB was coming. So i set up my tripod over there by milepost 22. He was fast.
