This time of year means a lot of things to a lot of people: back to school season, marathon season, PSL season, or football season. But sunrise season? I'm making it a thing. Sunrises are phenomenal this time of year. I'm not sure if it's celestial (the angle of the sun in the sky) or meteorological (changing air temps over lake michigan interacting with water temps), or mental (maybe i'm just imagining that it's better right now), but sunrises are amazing right now. And everyone, no matter what time you normally run, should get out there for a sunrise run. Or more specifically, make sure you're out there about 30 minutes before the sun is scheduled to crest. 

I highly recommend it.
