The scene of the off grid project has changed - for the better. I am on 36 acres now instead of 90 but the place is incredible. Most of the 90 acres of the last site was swamp land. The ticks were unbearable. You could not walk across the grass without getting at least one tick on you. I got an offer for $300 to move onto a property with a cottage, wild forest and plenty of ponds full of fish. I have use of the cottage as well. That will be a project for next year. I will go off the grid with the cottage. For now I need to get the trailer back in shape. This will take some time. I need to get it parked and leveled first. Then unpack all the boxes.
