In my Grocery Shopping on a Budget video, I show you how to shop for my typical "chicken" dinner.  In this video, I show you step by step how I make this "chicken" dinner.  It's basically just baked chicken thighs, sautéed broccoli and rice.  It's enough for 4 dinners Monday - Thursday and you can make it all at once and pack it to reheat throughout the week.  Even better, it's less than $3/dinner, which is great when you're on a budget but still want to eat something somewhat healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
+ 4 chicken thighs
+ 1.5 pounds of broccoli
+ 1 cup of short grain white rice

+ Soy sauce
+ Sesame oil
+ Salt and Pepper
+ Cooking oil (olive, vegetable)
