He expresses and reveals Himself through His creation; some of creation, people included, express more about Him than others. We make a distinction between the expression and the One Expressed, the revelation and the One Revealed. He is not able to be comprehended by created beings. It is impossible to truly understand what He is; therefore, we come to know Him by understanding what He is not. We believe that one is to pray to the Transcendent Creator alone, and only serve Him with all one's heart, life, and resources. We believe idolatry is the worship of anything created - anything contained within time or space. ------------------ Check out my video "A Christian becomes a Jew." My choice to join the people of Israel was not an issue of salvation or eternal life. The Torah (Law of Moses) is only fully applicable to the people of Israel and those who voluntarily join them. All other peoples of the world are obligated in what are known as the Laws of Noah. REMEMBER: The most paramount command among the Laws of Noah is the command against idolatry. No factors of creation (time/spatiality/change, parts, etc...) apply to the Creator. He is an Incomparable Singularity, to Whose Oneness no form or concept of division can apply.
