The Movie Club Y'all review of "Portrait of Jason" (1967) Directed by Shirley Clark. Starring Jason Holliday a.k.a. Aaron Aaron Payne. "A hustler, a house boy and a talent entertainer - Jason Holiday is a charismatic man captured in his prime in this 1967 documentary that watches its subject drink the night away in a random apartment in Manhattan. At times mesmerizing - at other times difficult - this film gives you a snapshot of one of the many brilliant, twisted, and forgotten seducers that walk the world's streets every day..." THE MOVIE CLUB Y'ALL IS AN EVOLVING CREW OF FRIENDS THAT GO TO THE MOVIES TOGETHER. THESE REVIEWS ARE FILMED ON THE SPOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SCREENING.
