YouSpeak: Plastic Surgery

In 1996, about 14,000 teenagers had some kind of elective plastic surgery, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In 2010, the number was 219,000. With those numbers in mind, this week's "YouSpeak" asks: "Would you ever consider having plastic surgery?"
