Greetings! Last week I wanted some salsa. I am running low on my home canned version and don't really want to use it up right now. Want to save and savor that for a little while. Still I wanted salsa. We didn't have any prepared salsa on the shelf so I went deep into the pantry and used a little ingenuity and came up with a really delicious pantry salsa by putting a few things in a jar and giving it a good shake. In a pinch this will make everyone happy. Serve with chips and cheese or quesadillas or anything you love salsa with, like eggs! Yum! I hope you give this a try and I hope you love it!
