I am a Screenwriter and Filmmaker with 3 completed feature films I wrote and directed.  I have a BA in Screenwriting and Communications from LMU and an MFA in Film Production from Chapman University.  I love writing.  ...not as much as I love my son Rowan or my son Ivan and their baby sister Ayla, but I love to write.

If you would like to rent my guest house, there are 700 acres behind it with no one living there except for a doctor's second home about a mile away, and he is rarely there.  There are some neighbors nearby, below the house incase of emergency or to have friendly neighbors to talk with As writer's retreat setting as it gets....   the next getaway to write your amazing works of fiction.  I will rent out the guest house for very cheap, if you want to stay there for a an extended weekend, 3 nights for $200.
