This video features some small Parkour runs of me through my hometown in germany: Hofheim. I struggled for a long time to find my old condition and slowly i was able to come back step by step. At the moment im at home, regenerating from my surgery on July 14th. Had a small bone spur removed and some piece of cartilage that was flying around in my ankle.
