I will never understand the counter-knife registry as there are times where you can be staring a guy in the face in a tight stairwell and not get the option and then there are times like this where you knife them from behind and they counter you.... 

 I get that on his end he probably turned around but from my end it looks like I grab him turn him and he then counters.
