This is the personal journey of me! I'm a naturopathic physician who is FLAWED!

I am blogging and video blogging about my experiences with PCOS, Uterine Fibroids, Metabolic Syndrome and the beginning stages of insulin resistance. This is a journey and a gift of love to myself and a way for a healer like myself to communicate a genuine, honest, raw healing journey.

I'm grateful for your time and witness as I seek to heal and remedy the current situation!

**Positive 2016 update: In January 2015 - we conceived our first child! We had our angel baby- Gabriel Michael on Sept 21, 2015! This journey continues...but there is hope to share with all women watching who seek to preserve their fertility, manage and reduce ovarian cysts, ovarian enlargement and uterine fibroids.
