Call of Duty: Black ops Shovel Glitch

During the main storyline, came up to this part where you take people out silently. Some guy was shoveling and after he was killed, his shovel kept going. I tried to recreate it but was unsucessfull. Edit: Guess I wasn't the only one who found this glitch.
