Here we are at Philipse Manor, where we see CSX Train W013, a rail train that had been down in Oak Point Yard laying welded rail. This train is very rare, as it only comes down once a year, if that. Tonight's consist is GP38-2 2718 on the point and SD40-2 8851 trailing with 33 welded rail cars (old CSX short gondolas), a couple of equipment cars (old Chessie Systems flat cars), a box car for the tools, and a neat looking graffiti tagged bay window caboose on the rear.
