Mike Will talks about crossing off milestones on his bucket list, and his long term vision of making his label, Ear Drummer Records, a iconic label with influential music. He talks about how he discovered Rae Sremmurd and how they strategically prepared an arsenal of hits before releasing "No Flex Zone" to eliminate any possibility of falling into the one hit wonder slump.
