Serious Eats Manila: Best Pork Adobo at Croque Bakery and Cafe Arnaiz Avenue Makati.  Croque is a charming neighborhood cafe and bakery that serves European comfort food with a Filipino twist.  It was opened by Chef Owners and couple Joseph Lao and Alexandra Alaba in March 2014 along Arnaiz Avenue in Makati.

The interiors are inspired by the charm of Provence in southern France and once you enter you will be greeted by the aroma of freshly baked bread.

From their menu we would highly recommend the Croque Caesar Salad, Croque Norweigian and their signature dish their Croque Pork Adobo which is cooked Sous vide for 36 hours served with French Beans, rice and adobo jus which we found to be spectacular!
