We the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have started a movement to help Biafrans achieve self-determination within the framework of law. Under the customary law administration, the Supreme Council of Elders (SCE) is the governing council while Umuafra Indigenous Development Association is its Cooperate body. His Royal Majesty Hon Chief Justice Eze Ozubu (Rtd) is the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra and B.O.T chairman alongside other principal officers of the customary government. Our ideology and adopted road map for pursuing and achieving self-determination for Biafra hinge on Rule of law, Diplomacy, Civil Rights (Human Rights Movement), Mass Media, Political, and every other legitimate process.
