GSA launches pilot program Feedback USA

In April of 2011, President Obama issued an executive order "streamlining service delivery and improving customer service." He wanted federal agencies to take advantage of advances in technology, and better interact with the citizens they serve. Last week, the General Services Administration launched a new pilot program called Feedback USA. It's designed to answer that call. Officials have compared Feedback USA to Yelp -- a website and mobile application that rates businesses based on crowd-sourced reviews.
