Today is not only Earth Day, it is also my 29th birthday. I'm asking my friends, family, and SAVE THE FROGS’ supporters for a special gift: help me raise $2,900 so that I can fly to West Africa this September and serve as co-leader of the inaugural SAVE THE FROGS! Ghana Expedition:

What do you think about on Earth Day? When I think about Earth Day, I think about our world and our place within it. What makes my world complete is inspiring people to care about nature and wildlife. This truth is so real to me, that I have dedicated my life to it.

For the past five years I have been spreading SAVE THE FROGS’ message of amphibian conservation and training students and teachers to better protect the planet. I have given 157 presentations about amphibian ecology and conservation to nearly 9,500 people in five countries. I am also coordinating Save The Frogs Day, the world’s largest day of amphibian education. Since 2009 our supporters have held over 1,015 Save The Frogs Day events, educating tens of thousands of people about the importance of frogs and ways to protect amphibian populations. This year we have 90 events planned in 20 countries!

As I am turning 29, please consider giving the gift of $29 to benefit the amphibians that we both love and care so much about.
