Schools are not forced to implement DLP says Chong

Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon said the Dual Language programme or DLP will be extended to schools who wish to appeal and have fulfilled the requriement set out by the ministry. Around 841 schools throughout the country are expected to implement the programme in 2017.
